These terms describe the mobile web, LINE, Kakao, and overseas H5 service for AI itinerary drafts, guide content, ads, optional planning credits, and clear service boundaries.
1. Planning drafts only
Cloudnest Wayvyn Overseas H5 creates AI itinerary drafts and planning suggestions. It is not a travel agency, booking engine, emergency service, visa advisor, insurance advisor, legal service, or medical service.
2. No booking or fulfillment promise
Public H5 pages do not provide confirmed bookings, live inventory holds, locked prices, supplier settlement, travel invoices, refunds for travel products, or fulfillment service-level agreements. Verify all travel facts directly with official providers.
3. AI output limitations
AI drafts can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for checking opening hours, transit, weather, accessibility, entry rules, visa rules, safety, prices, suitability, and local restrictions.
4. Advertising and credits
Google AdSense ads may appear on eligible H5 pages. Ad loading, ad failure, no-fill, or a visible ad placeholder does not grant planning credits. Rewarded credits require a separate server-verified rewarded flow if and when such a flow is approved.
5. Platform and support limits
LINE, Kakao, browser, and payment providers process their own account, browser, and payment data under their policies. Cloudnest support can review entitlement evidence but cannot change third-party account settings, refunds, or disputes.
